Schools Need More
    ★ FEATURED CASE FILE № 019 ★In their words.

A staffing model from a partner district, with real outcomes.

    Real attribution. Measurable outcomes.

Real data · Real partner-school case study · names withheld at the partner's request.

★ Documentary photograph · provided by the partner school. Anonymized at the partner's request.

Case File № 019. Featured case files are reserved for real partner-school case studies · real data, real attribution, real photography. The admin workflow requires a real-attribution confirmation before publishing, and the scheduled article generator never publishes case files.

§ 01What we set out to look at.

A real briefing's opening section lays out the scope and method of the case study: which school, which year window, which interviewees, and which data sources were used. The case files run longer than standard briefings (15 min for this one) because they carry the real numbers and the real voices.

We didn't redesign anything until we'd watched the routes for a full quarter. Once we'd watched, the change took a week.

    · The principal, on the change

    § 02What the data showed.

Real tables, charts, line items · anything that comes from the partner school's records is reproduced with their permission. The photography register on this page is photography, not the pictograph illustration that the standard briefings use.

Figure 1 · Route-hour totals before and after consolidation

§ 03What changed, in their words.

The closing section returns the case to the partner's voice. No editorial voice-over on the final move. Multiple quotes from multiple real people land here · interviewers identify themselves in the masthead-style colophon (the editors, the partner principal, the named district staff).

    · End of case file.
