Privacy
What we keep, what we don't.
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
Schools Need More is a community-bulletin publication in the Education Needs More family. The public site is read-only · there are no public accounts, no bookmarks, no profile pages.
1. What the site collects
Standard server logs. Each request to the site is logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) with the requesting IP address, user agent, and path. Logs are retained for a short rolling window and are used to investigate operational issues.
Resource Desk conversations. If you use the Resource Desk (/desk), the question you type and the AI assistant's reply are stored in our Supabase database so subsequent messages in the same session have context. We do not link these to any personal identity.
2. What the site does not collect
No account data · there are no public accounts. No cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. No analytics pixels beyond Vercel's first-party request logs.
3. Email correspondence
If you email the editors directly (see the colophon on About), we keep the email exchange the way any correspondence is kept. We do not subscribe you to a mailing list · we don't have one.
4. Children's privacy
The audience for Schools Need More is school administrators, district staff, and education-policy readers. The site is not directed to children.
5. Contact
Questions about this policy go to the editors via the contact details on About.
